• Proven experience closing sales or negotiating deals by phone.
• Strong negotiation skills, including confident objection handling.
• Excellent phone skills and a confident, professional phone presence
• Outstanding listening and communication skills, with excellent spoken and written English
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM
• Strong internet and computer skills
• Goal-oriented and motivated by daily and weekly targets
• Positive, results-driven attitude

Aufgaben

• Call seller leads and follow up to build rapport and steer each conversation toward a deal
• Ask the right questions to learn each seller's situation, motivation, timeline, property condition, and price expectations
• Present offers and negotiate price and terms with confidence
• Handle objections professionally and guide sellers to a signed agreement
• Keep following up with leads who aren't ready to sell yet so no opportunity slips away
• Record every call, note, offer, and deal stage accurately in Salesforce
• Research property and seller information with online tools before and during calls
• Work toward daily and weekly targets and report on your progress
• Work with the team to hand off signed deals and keep them progressing
