Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in services or facilities sector.
• Strong understanding of civil/structural engineering or construction sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within Metro Manila for client meetings.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within civil and structural engineering.
• Present and promote janitorial and facility management services to potential clients in engineering and construction sectors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and contract renewals.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand facility management requirements.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline development and client feedback.
• Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle client inquiries professionally and respond in a timely manner.
• Build a strong network within the engineering and construction community.
