The role focuses on expanding market presence, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer value through effective pitches, proposals, and follow-ups with leads and clients.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and prospecting potential clients within the janitorial and facility management sector
• Presenting and promoting ZC Kings' services to prospective customers through effective sales pitches and product demonstrations
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Preparing and submitting detailed quotations and proposals tailored to client requirements
• Following up with leads and clients to convert opportunities into confirmed contracts
• Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance objectives
• Collaborating with internal teams including operations and management to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and pipeline progression using CRM systems
• Providing feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities and client feedback
• Attending sales meetings, training sessions and industry events to stay current with products and best practices
