About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative. This is a full-time position based in Zamboanga City, Zamboanga Del Sur. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive janitorial and manpower solutions to prospective clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to the expansion of our client base and the success of our cooperative.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, contact and engage prospective clients to promote janitorial and manpower services
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate service packages
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance objectives on a consistent basis
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities and pipeline opportunities
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery for contracted clients
• Follow up with prospects and clients to close sales and secure service agreements
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences and competitive activities
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand business connections

What we're looking for

• Proven sales experience, preferably within the service industry or facilities management sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude towards challenges
• Knowledge of janitorial services, manpower solutions or related service offerings (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software (advantageous)
• Valid driver's license and own transportation (preferred)
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Willingness to travel within the Zamboanga City area for client meetings and site visits
