Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within civil and structural engineering.
• Present and promote janitorial and facility management services to potential clients in engineering and construction sectors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and contract renewals.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand facility management requirements.

About the role

ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships within the civil and structural engineering sector. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting our janitorial and facility management services to engineering firms and construction companies, and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
