Qualifications

Proven sales experience in service industry or similar sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a record of meeting targets.
Willingness to travel within the Zamboanga City area.

Responsibilities

Identify, contact and engage prospective clients to promote janitorial and manpower services.
Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to client requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate service packages.
Meet and exceed sales targets and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities and opportunities.
