Job summary

PhilFasten Industries Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Executive for Phasten Pro Nailers in Quezon City. The role involves identifying opportunities, visiting contractors, and conducting on-site demonstrations to grow sales across construction and hardware channels.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in technical sales, with strong negotiation and presentation skills, and is willing to travel. Proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business/Marketing/Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of technical sales experience in industrial products or hardware.
• Experience with contractors, construction companies, or hardware retailers is a plus.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities within construction, hardware, and industrial sectors.
• Conduct field visits to contractors, developers, hardware stores, and construction sites.
• Perform on-site product demonstrations and training on Phasten Pro Nailers and related products.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product recommendations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key accounts.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities to close deals.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor information.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare regular sales activity reports.
