Momentive Software is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide basic user support for a member-management SaaS platform. The role emphasizes responsiveness, collaborative client relations, and clear communication from a Cebu City-based team.

You will troubleshoot issues, train clients on the platform, and work with Product Development to address bugs in a dynamic environment. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Call-center experience preferred.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain collaborative client relationships with responsiveness and excellent service.
• Learn and support a member-management SaaS platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client-reported issues.
• Train clients on using a configurable platform.
• Provide status reports on support cases to clients.
• Collaborate with Product Development to address bugs and improve the product.
• Other duties as assigned.
