Job summary

Momentive Software is hiring for a Customer Support Specialist in Cebu City, Philippines. You will respond to customer inquiries via a ticket system, identify and replicate issues, and collaborate with the team to provide timely resolutions.

You will also train customers on the product and leverage the knowledge base to ensure successful usage. The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and comfort with basic Office 365 applications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for better prospects.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely responses to customer service inquiries via product ticket system.
• Identify and replicate errors and defects through various communications to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to provide resolutions to customer inquiries.
• Provide feedback to support management through regular team meetings.
• Identify recurring service requests and offer KB articles or solutions to reduce ticket volume.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with a friendly, empathetic tone and timely responses.
• Train new and existing customers on the product and support knowledge base.
