Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in quota-carrying sales roles.
• Fluency in English and Tagalog for Philippines market.
• Experience with SaaS solutions and HR software.
• Knowledge of software contract terms and fair transactions.
• Strong negotiation and forecasting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and compete effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategy to acquire new customers and target industries.
• Engage clients, understand needs, and propose SaaS solutions as a trusted advisor.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to win deals.
• Negotiate terms and close contracts to secure new business.
• Manage sales pipeline and update CRM with leads, opportunities and accounts.
• Forecast revenue and provide regular updates to sales management.
