Concentrix CVG Philippines, Inc. in Makati, Philippines is seeking a Senior Customer Success Specialist to nurture customer relationships across the lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and engagement. You will gain deep product knowledge to address questions and concerns while supporting SaaS solutions.

Location: Makati City, Philippines. The role requires a quota-carrying background and the ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing and IT to drive renewals and upsells.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
• Language requirements by market (Thai+English or Tagalog+English).
• Experience with recruiting, recruitment media and HR software.
• Experience with SaaS opportunities.
• Experience selling IT or recruiting solutions.
• Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions with the ability to create fair transactions.
• Negotiation and accurate forecasting skills.
• Close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment.
• Use data to inform decision-making and persuade others.
• Manage multiple prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against competitors.

Responsabilités

• Sales Strategy: Developing sales strategies to acquire new customers.
• Client Engagement: Building relationships with customers and providing SaaS solutions.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating terms and pricing with customers to secure new business.
• Pipeline Management: Manage a sales pipeline and track leads and opportunities in the CRM.
• Revenue Forecasting: Forecast sales revenue and provide updates to sales management.
• Collaboration: Work with SDRs, Sales Managers and partners to increase sales process.
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive activity.
• Post-Sales Support: Update CRM for post-sale activities.
