Job summary

Concentrix seeks a Sr. Specialist, Customer Success to grow our existing customer base in the Philippines. You will cultivate relationships, deliver compelling SaaS demonstrations, and act as a trusted advisor to meet client requirements throughout the lifecycle.

You will negotiate terms, manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and renewal. This role is full-time, based in Makati, with a focus on customer success and sales

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
Fluency in English and Tagalog to serve customers in the Philippines.
Experience with SaaS opportunities and selling IT or recruiting solutions.
Knowledge of software contract terms and ability to negotiate.
Strong forecasting, negotiation, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers in target industries.
Build relationships with customers and act as trusted advisor for SaaS solutions.
Deliver product demos and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals with senior executives.
Manage a sales pipeline and forecast revenue in the CRM system.
Provide regular revenue updates to sales management.
Collaborate with SDRs, managers, and partners to accelerate the sales process.
Stay informed on industry trends to position the SaaS product competitively.
Update the CRM for post-sale activities to ensure smooth handovers.
