Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Specialist, Customer Acquisition to drive outbound B2B sales and new client acquisition in Makati. You will prospect, qualify, and engage decision-makers, guiding opportunities through the full sales cycle with a data-driven approach.

The role requires strong communication, resilience in a high-volume calling environment, and collaboration with Marketing to optimize campaigns and messaging. This is a full-time on-site position in Makati, Philippines.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of outbound B2B sales experience.
• At least 6 months of cold-calling experience.
• HS/SHS graduate with strong communication skills (CSVAR High B2 and above).

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new B2B clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making potential (BANT / MEDDICC).
• Conduct discovery calls and product presentations tailored to corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and messaging.
• Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Achieve and exceed monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
