Qualifications

• >3–5 years in a quota-carrying sales role.
• >Fluent in Thai and English for Thailand market; fluent in Tagalog and English for Philippines market.
• >Experience with recruiting, recruitment media and HR software.
• >Experience selling SaaS and IT or recruiting solutions.
• >Knowledge of software contract terms and fair transactions.
• >Strong negotiation and forecasting skills.
• >Ability to close high-level business in evangelist sales environment.
• >Data-driven decisions to persuade stakeholders.
• >Manage multiple prospects while facing competition.
