Emapta Global in Manila, Philippines, seeks a Senior Rev Ops Specialist Team Lead to scale global GTM operations. You will lead a high-performing operations team, manage workload, SLAs, and drive automation and knowledge management across Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success.

The role requires 5+ years in Sales Operations or GTM support, proven team leadership, and experience with case management platforms like Salesforce Service Cloud or Zendesk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Operations or GTM Support with leadership in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven experience managing teams to meet SLAs and targets.
• Experience with high-volume case queues and backlog management at scale.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Finance, and Business Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the GTM Operations team across Sales Operations, Professional Services Operations, Approvals, and related commercial support functions.
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of operational requests.
• Manage team workload, case assignments, and prioritization to consistently meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Coach and develop GTM Operations Specialists to improve speed, accuracy, service quality, and collaboration.
