Emapta Philippines is seeking a Scale Global SaaS Revenue Operations Team Lead to drive GTM operations across Sales Ops, Professional Services, Approvals, and related commercial support functions. You will lead a high-performing team, ensure timely resolution of requests, and manage workloads to consistently meet SLAs while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes automation, AI-powered workflows, and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Shared Services, or GTM Support, with experience leading a team in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven experience managing teams against established SLAs and consistently achieving performance targets.
• Experience with case queues, workload prioritization, and high-volume backlogs at scale.
• Strong experience partnering across Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Finance, and Business Systems to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Demonstrated success in driving process standardization and automation to reduce manual effort.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the GTM Operations team across Sales Operations, Professional Services Operations, Approvals, and related commercial support functions.
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of operational requests.
• Manage team workload, case assignments, and prioritization to meet SLAs.
• Coach and develop GTM Operations Specialists to improve speed, accuracy, service quality, and collaboration.
• Monitor team performance through dashboards, KPIs, backlog management, and response-time reporting.
