Job summary

Emapta is seeking a Rev Ops Specialist to manage operational cases, improve processes, and support industrial software customers worldwide. This full-time onsite role in Ortigas offers night shift hours (9:00 PM–6:00 AM PH time) with weekends off and competitive salary.

You will maintain CRM/ERP/PSA data, meet SLAs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in Sales/Business Operations, PSA/ERP proficiency, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Customer Support, or a related operational role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
Proficiency in CRM, ERP, or PSA systems and Microsoft 365.
Experience managing a caseload against SLAs while maintaining accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify potential issues early.
Clear communication skills, including when assisting frustrated stakeholders.
Experience working in a shared services or centralized operations model across time zones.
Experience with AI tools, workflow automation, or knowledge management platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Process operational requests across Sales Operations, Professional Services Operations, Approvals, and other go-to-market support functions accurately and on time.
Manage assigned cases from intake through resolution and consistently meet SLAs.
Maintain accurate data in CRM, ERP, PSA, and related business systems.
Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and resolve requests correctly the first time.
Escalate issues when needed and communicate clearly with stakeholders throughout resolution.
Identify recurring operational issues and recommend process improvements.
Create and maintain useful documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Partner with Business Systems and Revenue Operations on testing, process improvements, and system enhancements.
Use AI tools to summarize requests, automate repetitive tasks, and keep documentation current.
Support Horizon transformation initiatives as new processes, automation, and best practices are introduced.
