Job summary

2X seeks a RevOps Development Architect to lead architectural vision and engineering standards for scalable GTM systems. You will design, build, and govern API-driven integrations across CRM, MAP, and CMS, enabling precise data and reliable operations.

As a senior expert, you advise on tech stack rationalization, modernization strategies, and AI-enabled delivery, aligning technical work with client outcomes and business value for revenue operations engagements.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years progressive experience in revenue operations, marketing technology, or GTM systems engineering — with at least 3-5 years in a senior technical architect or lead developer capacity.
• Deep hands-on development experience with Salesforce and HubSpot; working proficiency in at least one marketing automation platform (Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua).
• Advanced API-driven integrations experience with REST/GraphQL/webhooks and production-grade connections across multi-system environments.
• Proven experience designing data governance, compliance architectures, and security controls in marketing or sales tech contexts.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable GTM infrastructure across CRM, MAP, CMS, and adjacent platforms with performance, reliability, and maintainability in mind.
• Own the technical standards and development frameworks used by the RevOps practice — coding conventions, integration patterns, and governance guardrails.
• Lead custom development initiatives including complex workflow automation and bespoke integrations.
• Drive API-driven integration design across the GTM tech stack from scoping to data mapping and error handling.
• Define and enforce data governance, privacy, security standards in client environments.
• Lead website build and technical execution projects for microsites and landing pages tied to marketing and revenue ops.
• Govern system performance and identify technical debt, latency risks, and single points of failure.
• Advise clients on GTM technology modernization strategies and phased technical roadmaps.
• Shape AI-enabled delivery by integrating agentic tools into the development workflow.
