Job summary

Beyond is seeking a GTM Systems Specialist (Salesforce) to design, implement, and refine the technology underpinning the commercial engine. You will own the Salesforce admin/developer workload, ensure secure architecture, and drive data quality across the stack.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance, delivering well‑architected configurations, complex flows, and reliable integrations in a hybrid work model with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Admin/Developer experience in a B2B commercial environment.
• Strong Flow engineering skills and complex process automation.
• REST API calls, Named Credentials, error handling and security.
• Data modelling, object relationships, and reporting data structures.
• ADM 201 certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise.

Responsibilities

• Data architecture: design and maintain data models for reporting at scale.
• Flow development: create multi-step flows and automate tasks.
• API integration: implement HTTP callouts and handle authentication and errors.
• Security: manage profiles, permissions, roles, and sharing rules.
• Metadata governance: ensure clean config and traceable changes.
• Reporting: translate needs into robust dashboards and reports.
