Locad is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to build the operating system behind a global B2B revenue engine. You will own central Rev Ops across multiple regions including the Philippines, Singapore, India, GCC, the United States, and China, creating scalable GTM systems with automation and AI at the core.

Your mission is to help every sales rep be more productive and to give leadership a single reliable view of funnel performance, while tightening forecast discipline and pipeline

Formación

• Hands-on with CRM & Marketing Automation systems and workflows.
• Strong Excel/Sheets fluency for data modeling and dashboards.
• Ability to turn vague problems into working systems with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Audit regional tool usage and build dashboards: activity-to-pipeline ratios and quota progress.
• Operationalize sales enablement: account universe, cadences, routing, handoffs.
• Develop unified GTM reporting: funnel conversion, multi-channel attribution, and insights.
• Own HubSpot/Mkt Hub architecture, data hygiene, and automation workflows.
• Lead pipeline review cadence, forecast discipline, and regional gap analyses.
• Build the MarkOps plumbing: source-of-truth reporting and lifecycle hygiene.
