Job summary

WHR Global Consulting in Pangasinan is hiring for an in-store sales/customer service role. You will welcome customers, understand needs, and guide product discovery of electronic cigarettes.

You’ll educate customers about products, conduct guided trials, and complete seamless purchases with after-sales support. The role requires good English or Taglish communication, confidence, and flexibility with shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• At least second year college level.
• Good communication skills in English or Taglish.
• Experience in customer service.
• Sales/retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in-store, assess needs, and guide product discovery.
• Educate customers about e-cigarette products and offer guided trials.
• Process purchases and support customization and after-sales service.
• Maintain consumer-centric service including product diagnosis, returns, and exchanges.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes.
• Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products, about the e-cigarette product and conduct a guided trial
• Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization and database registration & after-sales services
• Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements in line with the company’s consumer-centric principles
