Job summary

WHR Global Consulting in Las Piñas, Metro Manila, is hiring for an in-store sales role focused on electronics and e-cigarettes. You'll welcome customers, guide discovery, and process purchases in a fast‑paced retail environment.

The position offers day shifts, full-time onsite work, and incentives; candidates should have customer service experience and strong communication; shifts may rotate.

Qualifications

• At least second year college level.
• Confident & Charismatic.
• Good communication skills (English or Taglish; natural conversation).
• Must have good work experience in customer service jobs.
• Preferably with Sales/Retail Sales Work Experience.
• Open to shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes.
• Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products, about the e-cigarette product and conduct a guided trial
• Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization and database registration & after-sales services
• Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements in line with the company’s consumer-centric principles
