Job summary

WHR Global Consulting is hiring for an in-store customer service role focused on electronic cigarette products in Cavite City. You will greet customers, understand needs, and guide product discovery while promoting responsible use.

You will educate adults about e-cigarette options, conduct guided trials, and handle purchases, customization, registrations, and after-sales support with a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• At least second year college level.
• Confident & Charismatic.
• Good communication skills (English or Taglish; natural conversation).
• Must have good work experience in customer service jobs.
• Preferably with Sales/Retail Sales Work Experience.
• Open to shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes.
• Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products, about the e-cigarette product and conduct a guided trial
• Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization and database registration & after-sales services
• Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements in line with the company’s consumer-centric principles
