Job summary

WHR Global Consulting in Laguna, Philippines, is seeking an enthusiastic customer service professional for in-store assistance and product discovery of electronic cigarettes. You will welcome customers, identify needs, and guide them through purchases.

The role emphasizes education on harm-reduction alternatives, handling transactions, and after-sales support while maintaining the company’s consumer-centric standards; day shift, onsite, with incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least second year college level
• Good communication skills (English or Taglish; natural conversation)
• Must have good work experience in customer service jobs.
• Preferably with Sales/Retail Sales Work Experience
• Open to shifting schedules

Responsibilities

• Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes.
• Educate adults about the e-cigarette product and conduct a guided trial.
• Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization and database registration & after-sales services
• Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements in line with the company's consumer-centric principles
