Job summary

WHR Global Consulting in Ilocos Norte is seeking a customer service-oriented professional for an in-store role. You will welcome customers, assist with product discovery of electronic cigarettes, and guide trials while maintaining exceptional service standards.

The position requires confident communication in English or Taglish, prior customer service experience, and flexibility to work day shifts on-site. Training and uniforms are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• At least second year college level.
• Confident & Charismatic.
• Good communication skills (English or Taglish; natural conversation).
• Must have good work experience in customer service jobs.
• Preferably with Sales/Retail Sales Work Experience.
• Open to shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes.
• Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products, about the e-cigarette product and conduct a guided trial
• Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization and database registration & after-sales services
• Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements in line with the company’s consumer-centric principles
