Job summary

WHR Global Consulting in Parañaque is seeking a customer service oriented professional to welcome shoppers, understand needs, and guide discovery of electronic cigarette products in-store. You will conduct product demonstrations and facilitate guided trials for adults.

You will handle purchases, assist with customization, registrations, and after-sales service, delivering a consumer-centric experience. Strong English/Taglish communication and willingness to work day shift, onsite, are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have good work experience in customer service jobs.
• Preferably with Sales/Retail Sales Work Experience.
• Good communication skills (English or Taglish; natural conversation).
• Open to shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes.
• Educate adults about the e-cigarette product and conduct a guided trial.
• Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization and database registration & after-sales services.
• Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements.
