Job summary

WHR Global Consulting is hiring for an in-store customer service role in Manila area. You will welcome shoppers, understand their needs and guide them through discovery of electronic cigarettes, then assist with purchase decisions.

You will educate customers about the product, perform guided trials, and handle transactions along with after-sales service and returns per policy. The position is day shift, full-time, onsite, with Overtime pay, Holiday pay, and incentives.

Qualifications

• At least second year college level or equivalent.
• Confident and charismatic with strong communication.
• Proficient in English or Taglish, natural conversation.
• Experience in customer service; sales experience preferable.
• Open to shifting work schedules.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in-store, understand needs, guide and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes.
• Educate adults about e-cigarettes and conduct guided trials.
• Process purchases, assist with customization and database/registration and after-sales service.
• Provide exceptional service including product diagnosis, returns and replacements per company policy.

Qualifications

• Preferably with Sales/Retail Sales Work Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes.
• Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products, about the e-cigarette product and conduct a guided trial
• Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization and database registration & after-sales services
• Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements in line with the company’s consumer-centric principles
