Job summary

WHR Global Consulting in Parañaque is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to welcome in-store customers, understand their needs, and guide the discovery of electronic cigarettes.

You will educate adults about the product, conduct guided trials, and assist with purchases, customization, registration and after-sales service in a professional, consumer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• At least second year college level.
• Confident and charismatic with good communication skills.
• Good English or Taglish communication with natural conversation.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Open to shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Welcome consumers in-store, understand needs, and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes.
• Educate adults about e-cigarette products and conduct guided trials.
• Process purchases and assist with customization and registration and after-sales service.
• Provide exceptional customer service by handling product diagnosis, returns and replacements per policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products, about the e-cigarette product and conduct a guided trial
• Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization and database registration & after-sales services
• Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements in line with the company’s consumer-centric principles
