Job summary

WHR Global Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a customer service associate to assist customers in-store with e-cigarette products. You will help with product discovery and guide customers through purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, assisting with customization and registrations, and delivering exceptional after-sales support while adapting to shifting schedules. Onsite, day shift position.
