Job summary

WHR Global Consulting is hiring for an in-store customer service professional in the Philippines. You will welcome shoppers, understand needs, and guide them through the discovery of electronic cigarettes while promoting a positive purchase experience.

Role requires good communication and prior customer service or sales exposure. Day shift, full-time position with opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience in any setting.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and guiding purchases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willing to work in a day shift, full-time environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes.
• Educate adults about the product and conduct guided trials.
• Process purchases and assist with customization and registration.
• Provide exceptional service including returns, replacements, and after-sales support.

• Must have good work experience in customer service jobs.
• Preferably with Sales/Retail Sales Work Experience
• Open to shifting schedules

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes.
• Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products, about the e-cigarette product and conduct a guided trial
• Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization and database registration & after-sales services
• Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements in line with the company’s consumer-centric principles
