Job summary

WHR Global Consulting is seeking a motivated in-store customer service representative in Batangas, Philippines. You will welcome customers, identify needs, guide product discovery, and support purchase transactions for electronic cigarettes. The role emphasizes product education and a high-standard consumer experience.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, experience in customer service, and a willingness to work day shifts on-site. Sales exposure is a plus, and shifts may vary.

Qualifications

• At least second year of college.
• Confident and charismatic.
• Good English or Taglish communication.
• Experience in customer service.
• Preferably with sales/retail experience.
• Open to shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes.
• Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke, about the product and conduct a guided trial.
• Perform seamless purchase transactions, assist with customization and database registration & after-sales services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by handling product diagnosis, returns and replacements per policy.

Qualifications:

• At least second year college level

• Must have good work experience in customer service jobs.
• Preferably with Sales/Retail Sales Work Experience
• Open to shifting schedules

Key Responsibilities:
