Job summary

WHR Global Consulting in Manila is seeking a friendly in-store Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide discovery of electronic cigarettes.

You will handle purchases, assist with customization, and provide after-sales service while maintaining consumer-centric standards.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates or current college students.
• Good communication skills in English or Taglish; natural conversation.
• Preferably with sales/retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes.
• Educate adults about the product and conduct a guided trial.
• Perform seamless purchase transactions, assist with customization and database registration & after-sales services.
• Provide exceptional customer service by handling product diagnostics, returns and replacements per policy.
