Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate as minimum education.
• No BPO experience required.
• Fresh graduates and first-time BPO applicants welcome.
• Good English communication skills and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, exchanges and other shopping-related concerns.
• Provide accurate and professional support via phone, chat or email.
• Document customer interactions and meet quality and customer satisfaction targets.
• Support Retail, E-commerce, and Order Support accounts in Quezon City on onsite shifts.
