Caldwell Communications is hiring for the role of Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Quezon City. This onsite, full-time position offers a basic monthly salary of up to ₱26,000 and paid training. Fresh graduates and those without BPO experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, chat, or email, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and documenting interactions. Training and shifting schedules are provided.

Competenze

High School or Senior High School graduate.
College level or graduates are welcome.
No BPO experience required.
Fresh graduates and first-time BPO applicants welcome.
Good English communication skills.
Basic computer skills.

Mansioni

Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email.
Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
