Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in relevant fields.
• Preferably with related experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor in F&B.
• Experience in managing store operations and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening/mid shift procedures and ensure checklist execution.
• Oversee floor during peak hours to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas and equipment.
• Resolve guests' concerns promptly and professionally.
• Lead closing procedures and prepare store for next day operations.
