Shakey’s Pizza Asia Ventures Inc. (SPAVI) in Parañaque is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily store operations, ensure top service, and uphold QSCH standards.

You will oversee opening and closing procedures, manage the floor during peak hours, and maintain clean, well‑equipped dining and prep areas. You will drive guest satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly, build sales through local marketing efforts, and mentor the store team as part of the management group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in F&B Services Management or related.
• Preferably with related experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager in F&B.
• Experience in various restaurant operations facets.

Responsibilities

• Lead QSCH management and ensure proper opening procedures.
• Manage floor during peak hours to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, kitchen, restrooms and equipment.
• Engage guests to deliver memorable dining experiences and uphold quality.
• Professionally handle guests' concerns or complaints.
• Oversee closing shift procedures and store readiness for next day.
• Lead restaurant operations to consistently high standards.
• Foster a work environment that empowers team members.

Education

Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
