Job summary

Shakey's Philippines is seeking a Shift Manager to lead opening, mid, and closing shifts while ensuring QSCH compliance and a consistently high level of service. You will oversee floor operations, maintain cleanliness, and resolve guest concerns promptly to deliver a memorable dining experience.

You will also drive local marketing programs, build positive team relationships, and develop loyalty among guests. This role requires strong leadership and a proven track record in restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in F&B Services Management or equivalent.
• Experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor in food & beverage.
• Experience in various restaurant operations facets.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening/mid shift procedures and QSCH Restaurant Checklist (QRC).
• Lead floor during peak hours to ensure excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior areas.
• Engage guests to deliver memorable dining experiences and uphold quality standards.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.
• Manage closing shift procedures and store setup for the next day.
• Lead the restaurant to achieve consistently excellent operations.
• Foster a work environment that motivates and builds positive relationships.
• Implement local marketing programs to drive trials and loyalty.
• Develop relationships to reward frequent guests and encourage referrals.
