Job summary

Shakey's Philippines (Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures, Inc.) is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the team across opening, peak, and closing shifts, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will maintain cleanliness, manage guest concerns, and drive local marketing initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on management of QSCH procedures, and a focus on customer service and store performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or related field.
• Preferably with related experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor in food & beverage services industry.
• Experience in various restaurant operations is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening/mid shift procedures using the QSCH Restaurant Checklist (QRC).
• Lead the floor during peak hours to ensure excellent service and guest hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, restrooms, kitchen, and prep areas; ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Engage guests to deliver a unique and memorable dining experience; uphold time and quality standards.
• Resolve guests' concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Manage closing shift procedures and closing line/store checks for next day readiness.
• Lead restaurant operations during shifts to achieve excellent results.
• Foster a positive work environment and empower team members.
• Implement local restaurant marketing programs to drive trials and repeat business.
• Develop relationships to build guest loyalty and increase visit frequency.
• Encourage guests to bring more friends/family to the restaurant.
