Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Preferably with related experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager in food and beverage services industry.
• Applicants must be experienced in various restaurant operations facets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the opening/mid shift procedures of the store including the QSCH Restaurant Checklist (QRC) to ensure the store is prepared for the shift.
• Lead the Floor during peak hours to deliver excellent service and hospitality by maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, restrooms, kitchen, prep areas, and store exterior where applicable.
• Engage guests to provide a unique and memorable dining experience while ensuring product quality standards are met.
• Professionally resolve guests’ concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Manage closing shift procedures and conduct closing line/store checks for the next day.
• Lead the restaurant during shifts to ensure excellent operations consistently.
• Nurture a work environment that engages team members and fosters positive relationships.
• Implement local restaurant marketing programs to drive trials and repeat business.
• Develop relationships that build guest loyalty and encourage repeat visits.

Education
