Shakey's Philippines (Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures, Inc.) is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee QSCH, staff, and guest experience. You will manage opening/closing shifts, ensure cleanliness and quality, and lead a team to deliver memorable dining experiences.

You will resolve guest concerns promptly, drive local marketing initiatives, and develop positive relationships with guests to promote loyalty and repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or Marketing.
• Preferably with related experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager in F&B.
• Experience in various restaurant operations facets.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening/mid shift procedures using QSCH Restaurant Checklist (QRC).
• Lead floor operations during peak hours to ensure excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas.
• Ensure guests have a unique and memorable dining experience; maintain product quality and service standards.
• Resolve guests' concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Oversee closing shift procedures and store handover for next day operations.
• Lead restaurant during shifts to achieve excellent operations consistently.
• Foster a positive work environment and build strong team relationships.
• Implement local restaurant marketing programs to drive trials and repeat visits.
• Develop loyalty by rewarding frequent patrons and encouraging referrals.
