Job summary

Shakey's Philippines (Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures, Inc.) is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily store operations, ensuring QSCH compliance and delivering guest experiences that are fast, friendly and memorable.

You will oversee opening, mid and closing shifts, manage floor performance during peak hours, maintain cleanliness, train and motivate staff, resolve guest concerns, and implement local marketing programs to drive trials and repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or related field.
• Preferably with experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor in F&B industry.
• Experience in various restaurant operations and guest service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening/mid/closing shift procedures to ensure store readiness.
• Lead the floor during peak hours to deliver excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, restrooms, kitchen, and exterior where applicable.
• Engage guests to provide a unique and memorable dining experience and ensure product quality standards.
• Professionally resolve guests' concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Develop positive relationships to encourage guest loyalty and repeat visits.
• Implement local marketing programs to drive trials and repeat business.
• Nurture a work environment that empowers team members and fosters teamwork.
