Job summary

Vikings Group of Companies is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at Tong Yang SM City Davao. You will lead, coach, and develop restaurant staff while ensuring top-tier food quality, service, cleanliness, profitability, and policy compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management and 2–3 years of managerial experience in hospitality or food service. On-site with flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role within hospitality or food service.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, food safety, and P&L management.
• Ability to resolve guest concerns and operational issues effectively. Willing to work on-site and on flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing and able to start immediately. Willing to be assigned to Tong Yang SM City Davao.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant staff while maintaining high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, inventory management, and P&L controls.
• Coordinate with Tong Yang SM City Davao for on-site operations and scheduling.
