Job summary

Vikings Group of Companies is seeking a Junior Dining Manager for its Tong Yang brand to lead dining operations and ensure exceptional guest service. You will oversee dining operations and ensure smooth restaurant performance, while driving excellent team results.

The role requires 1–2 years in a supervisory hospitality position, a relevant degree, strong customer service orientation, and willingness to work on-site with flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years as Shift Manager/Supervisor or similar in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of customer service and restaurant operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling, and restaurant reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and guest relations skills.
• Willing to work on-site with flexible weekends/holidays.
• Ready to start immediately and assigned to Tong Yang SM Megamall.
