Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, or any related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a Shift Manager, Supervisor, or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of customer service and restaurant operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling, and restaurant reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and guest relations skills.
• Willing to work on-site and on flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing and able to start immediately.
