Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in F&B Services Management or related field and/or equivalent.
• Experience as Shift Manager/Store Supervisor in food & beverage is preferred.
• Strong people leadership and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening/mid shift procedures and ensure QSCH standards and QRC execution.
• Lead floor operations during peak hours to deliver excellent service and hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas; ensure equipment is in good condition.
• Engage guests to provide a unique and memorable dining experience; uphold product quality and timely service.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Oversee closing shift procedures and store readiness for next day operations.
• Lead the restaurant during shifts to maintain high operational standards.
• Foster a positive work environment and empower the team; implement local marketing programs to drive loyalty and repeat visits.
