Job summary

Sharesource is seeking a Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality BI reports and dashboards. You will translate business requirements into intuitive data models, robust DAX calculations, and scalable reporting solutions for stakeholders across healthcare, mining, gaming, and retail.

Based in the Philippines and offering remote work with occasional onsite activities, you will partner with data, analytics, and business teams, applying best practices in data modeling,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in BI report development.
• At least 2 years’ hands-on Power BI experience.
• Expert in Power BI report design, DAX (time intelligence) and data modelling.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards for multiple domains.
• Build and maintain robust DAX measures with time intelligence.
• Implement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS).
• Integrate BI with Databricks SQL Warehouses and curated data layers.
• Follow Git-based workflows for version control and deployment.
• Support governance, documentation, and development standards.
