Job summary

CPA Staffing Partners is seeking a reliable Bookkeeper to support U.S.-based CPA and bookkeeping firms from the Philippines, remotely during aligned U.S. hours.

You will maintain ledgers, reconcile accounts, process AP/AR, and assist with month-end reporting while communicating professionally with clients and team members.

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and cloud accounting tools such as QuickBooks Online or Xero is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience with U.S. clients and US GAAP is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and cloud accounting software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Record and categorize daily financial transactions.
• Perform reconciliations of bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare basic financial reports and schedules.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
• Communicate with clients to resolve discrepancies.
