Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS) is seeking a Virtual Bookkeeper based in the Philippines to handle overseas client accounts from a fully remote, home-based setup. The role focuses on maintaining accurate daily books, reconciling accounts, and producing month-end close deliverables aligned with North American time zones.

You will work with clients across borders, requiring strong English communication, solid QuickBooks Online skills, and experience with Xero and Bill.com.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience serving clients abroad.
Strong QuickBooks Online skills and excellent written/spoken English.
Experience with Xero, Bill.com, Excel, or Google Workspace is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping: payables, receivables, journal entries, and accruals.
Reconcile bank, credit card, merchant, and loan accounts and assist month-end close.
Prepare financial statements: Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow reports.
Assist with payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow reporting as needed.
Maintain clear client and teammate communication.
