Job summary

Cloud Accountant Staffing (CAS) is expanding and seeks skilled Bookkeepers and Accounting Professionals to handle accounts for clients worldwide, with monthly closes and reconciliations. You’ll prepare financial statements and support payroll, budgeting, and cash-flow reporting while maintaining strong client relationships across time zones.

The role is remote from the Philippines, with home-based setup and overlapping North American hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years accounting or bookkeeping experience supporting clients abroad.
• Excellent written and spoken English; experience working with clients or stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping tasks: payables, receivables, journal entries, accruals.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, merchant, and loan accounts; complete month-end close.
• Prepare financial statements: Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow.
• Support payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow reporting.
• Maintain clear checklists and schedules; communicate with clients and colleagues.
