Job summary

New CAS LLC is seeking a skilled bookkeeper to manage daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks from a home-based, remote setup in the Philippines. You will handle payables, receivables, journal entries, and accruals, and drive month-end close with accuracy.

You’ll produce financial statements like Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow, while ensuring records stay current. Collaboration with clients overseas and strong English communication are essential; CPA not required but welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience supporting clients abroad.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online is essential; English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks: payables, receivables, journal entries, accruals.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, merchant, and loan accounts; complete month-end close.
• Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) and review discrepancies.
• Support payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow reporting as needed.
